Shipment & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the blanket. 

  • Send us an e-mail (info@hangloosebaby.com) within 14 days after receiving your order, stating your name and order number. You then have 14 days to return the product. Hangloose uses the delivery date of the transporter as the date of receipt. You can have a look at and/or try out the article within this period, unless stated otherwise.
  • The costs and risk of returning items are at the buyer’s expense. We therefore advise you to send the package using Track & Trace and to hold on to the shipment receipt.
  • The Hangloose Baby should be in its original packaging and undamaged. If the Hangloose Baby or its packaging is damaged, Hangloose Company retains the right not to refund the price of the product or to refund only part of it.
  • Terms and conditions apply to exchanging the product so read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly.
